Norea Hoeft is well-versed in nonprofit storytelling and how best to communicate with both internal and external audiences. She has over a decade of combined experience in communications, marketing, and nonprofit development.
Prior to joining The W. Edwards Deming Institute, Norea served in various roles at Collins Group (a division of Campbell & Company, a national fundraising consulting firm), Splash (an international water relief organization), and Washington Women In Need (which makes grants to women for their healthcare and education needs.) She has also worked as a technical editor at an environmental consulting firm and as a freelance grant writer and copy writer.
Norea holds a BA in Ethnomusicology and a Certificate in Technical Writing and Editing from the University of Washington. She enjoys reading, cooking, yoga, CrossFit, writing music, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
