Learning Discussions – New This Year!
Participate in discussions based on the Lean Coffee™ format, created by Jim Benson and Jeremy Lightsmith. These structured but highly flexible meetings allow groups to create an agenda at the last moment, then participate in systematic and deep discussions on topics of highest mutual importance. The learning discussions encourage attendees to bring the research and concepts they have heard into their own words and contexts. This generates conversations of shared value, while encouraging diversity of thoughts and the creation of new ideas. |
