Aim
This interactive workshop aims to reveal blind spots to teamwork and presents fundamental concepts and strategies from the Deming Management Method. in a new (“We”) direction, embedded with the vibrant benefits of a collaborative environment. This powerful new framework enables leaders to better manage their resources; including time, money, knowledge, equipment, and people.
Session Description
This 8-hour immersion program, presented in one day, is for leaders at all levels of management. The focus is on the foundations of teamwork and the connecting power and financial potential this provides to all organizations. As Dr. Deming believed, working together is fundamental to solving and preventing problems, while providing us the ability to “do more with less.”

Note: Attendees are advised not to join later than the indicated start time. The program begins with a Meet & Greet so folks can mingle upon arrival and become acquainted with one another.

What’s the cancellation policy?
We require 10 business days’ notice to cancel and receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs within 10 business days of the event date and time, the registration fee will not be refunded.
What’s the dress code?
The dress code ranges from business casual to casual. We want everyone to be comfortable.
What’s the meal plan?
Lunch is included, drinks/coffee/water will be provided throughout the day.

Bill is on the Advisory Council of The Deming Institute, where he also served as Deputy Director for nearly three years and a board member for 12 years. He chairs the Deming Medal Committee for ASQ and is an editorial board and columnist for the UK’s Lean Management Journal. Bill served as an Associate (Technical) Fellow for Aerojet Rocketdyne for 26 years and is the founding President of the In2:InThinking Network.
