Conference Aim
Provide an engaging introduction to Dr. Deming’s Management Method (“The Deming System of Profound Knowledge®”) for application in public administration.
Since 1993, The W. Edwards Deming Institute® has both designed and hosted conferences and seminars to present Dr. Deming’s “Management Method” to audiences across the US and internationally as well. Building upon this legacy, The Deming Institute is proud to continue to sponsor an annual conference, targeted at leaders at all levels of public administration, presented in partnership with The W. Edwards Deming Incubator for Public Affairs at Southern Utah University.
Program Objective
The objective of this conference is to introduce the Deming Management Method, with a focus on its applicability to the challenges and opportunities of public administration.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations must be received 10 business days or more prior to the event to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 10 days of the event. Registrations are transferrable if you notify The Deming Institute up to 4 days in advance of the event.
