The New Economics: Deming Management in Public Leadership and Governance
Presented by The W. Edwards Deming Institute and Southern Utah University
“People blame their plight on to the government and its leaders, or to management and its leaders. They may be correct. But will change in leadership bring better living?”
Provide an engaging introduction to Dr. Deming’s Management Method (“The Deming System of Profound Knowledge®”) for application in public administration.
Since 1993, The W. Edwards Deming Institute® has both designed and hosted conferences and seminars to present Dr. Deming’s “Management Method” to audiences across the US and internationally as well. Building upon this legacy, The Deming Institute is proud to continue to sponsor an annual conference, targeted at leaders at all levels of public administration, presented in partnership with The W. Edwards Deming Incubator for Public Affairs at Southern Utah University.
The objective of this conference is to introduce the Deming Management Method, with a focus on its applicability to the challenges and opportunities of public administration.
