The New Economics Study Sessions | 9 One-Hour Sessions | Spring 2019

Now in 9 one-hour, weekly, online sessions
Mondays, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm Pacific Time
March 11 – May 6, 2019

  • Limited to just 30 participants! We’re keeping the group small to keep the conversation focused.
  • Shorter sessions! Each session is now conveniently only one hour.
  • Improved technology! We’ll be using some new features that will help to ensure your voice is heard and your questions are answered.
  • A new edition of The New Economics to discuss! Released last October, the 3rd edition of TNE has a new forward and a new chapter (#11) to inspire discussion on the relevance of Deming today! (Please note that a copy of the book is not included with the price of registration; see “Where to Purchase” below.)

What is Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge?
Why is it even more relevant today than ever?
How can my organization effectively “do Deming”?
We dig deeply into these topics and more in this highly interactive, 9-week series! Limited to just 30 attendees, participants will have the unique opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and pick the brains of expert facilitators with extensive experience studying, applying, and illuminating the Deming Philosophy. Whether you are new to Deming or need a refresher, you’ll come away with new-found inspiration and insight.

Can’t Join All Nine Sessions? Don’t Worry!

Participating more is better, but you are welcome to attend as your schedule allows. After each session, participants will receive links to the audio recordings of all previous sessions, plus a survey for sharing feedback and for submitting questions for the next session.

The New Economics represents the culmination of W. Edwards Deming’s life’s work. In it, he shows how your organization can free itself of what he describes as the “prison” that is the prevailing management style. Through the System of Profound Knowledge, your organization will increase productivity, quality, and joy in work and learning! Financial success is just one of the many positive outcomes of Deming’s transformative approach.

Where to Purchase

Please note that a copy of The New Economics is not provided with the study series. Copies (paperback, eBook, and audio versions) are available for purchase on Amazon and Audible.
