Bill Soller is the Founder and Principal of Corporate Advantage Network, LLC, a consultancy specializing in operational excellence, process engineering, and quality management systems. Since establishing the firm in 1996, he has supported organizations across multiple industries in achieving measurable performance improvements through the application of Lean Six Sigma, Deming management principles, and advanced continuous-improvement methodologies.
Bill has more than three decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and organizational quality. His professional background includes significant work in aerospace and defense systems, high-end computer server manufacturing, food processing, and heavy-truck production. He has led large-scale initiatives involving process optimization, quality system deployment, supply-chain improvement, and strategic problem-solving.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the DeVry Institute of Technology and maintains multiple professional certifications from the American Society for Quality, including Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE). He is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Bill is considered an expert in Data Analysis and implementing the Plan-Do-Study-Act Shewhart/Deming Cycle for continual learning and improvement. In addition, he works with organizations to reduce their waste and improve productivity. He also coaches, mentors, and certifies Staff Personnel as Deming Lean Six Sigma Green Belts or Black Belts utilizing the Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge and the statistical tools required to improve an organization.
He serves as a Senior Seminar Facilitator for the Deming Institute, contributing to the advancement of Deming’s management philosophy and systems-thinking principles. He is an active leader in the quality profession and currently serves as Program Chair for the Columbus, Ohio Section of the American Society for Quality (ASQ). As the Chair, he facilitates speakers for the monthly dinner meetings, and books tours at local organizations to enhance the professional development of the members. He is a speaker on various continual improvement topics throughout the region.
Bill is also recognized for his disciplined, data-driven approach, his commitment to organizational excellence, and his ability to help clients build sustainable, high-performance operational systems.
