Christina joined The Deming Institute in August of 2021, bringing 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. New to the Deming philosophy, Christina’s love of learning and passion for healthy, joyful communities make her a great ambassador as we move into the future. Prior to joining The Deming Institute, Christina served as Outreach and Communications Director for the California Association of Nonprofits, and worked for both TechSoup, and the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership. She also served on the board of the League of Women Voters of California for six years. Christina holds a B.A. in Politics from Whitman College, and a Masters of Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.

In July of 2021 Christina moved from California to Washington with her husband Kyle (a Washington native) and two cats: Baguette and Mortimer. She loves reading mysteries and traveling.
