Janine joined The W. Edwards Deming Institute in March 2017 and serves as Senior Administrative Specialist. Prior to joining The Deming Institute, Janine worked at Rocketdyne for 12 years as an administrative professional. While at Rocketdyne, Janine participated in the Enterprise Thinking Network, a group of like-minded individuals engaged in applying better thinking at both the individual and organizational level. It was here that she developed a better understanding of Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge® and an appreciation for its benefit to society beyond business applications.

Janine holds a B.A. in Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and an M.S. in Counseling and Pupil Personnel Services from California Lutheran University.
