Katie joined The Deming Institute in February 2021 following a 10-year career in Learning & Development with The Walt Disney Company. During this time, she also had the opportunity to volunteer with ArtStarts, a non-profit whose mission is to expand the role of art in education. It is from these experiences combined that she recognized the powerful aim behind the Deming Institute.

Katie is an avid reader who is passionate about lifelong learning and creating a life of intention and balance. She loves to cook, a good DIY project, and hiking and traveling with her husband Matt and dogs Auggie and Max.
