Dick Steele is the founder and chairman of Peaker Services, Inc., a company that remanufactures locomotive engines and designs electrical control systems for large power applications, located in Brighton, Michigan. Dick was the Co-chair of The Deming Institute Annual Fall Conference from 2005 to 2013. He has been an active member of the Deming Study Group of Greater Detroit for many years. Formerly, he served on the boards of McPherson Hospital and Old Kent Bank of Brighton.
Dick is past president of the Brighton Township Homeowners Association. He holds a BSME and BS AeroE from Iowa State University. His outside interests include home building, snow skiing, mountain biking and playing the piano.
