In the presentation he discussed the 6 leadership competencies from his book, The Leader’s Handbook, which is based on Deming’s ideas on management. Peter was one of those who taught seminars with Deming.

- Punished by Rewards by Alfie Kohn
His also discusses Frederick Herzberg, who looked into the question of how you motivate people? And he found the answer that you can’t.
